Once everything is agreed upon, we move to the design process, which begins after the client completes a 50% down payment of the total design fee.

Procurement
& Build In
After the design is finalized, we proceed to create technical drawings. These drawings detail the measurements, materials, lighting requirements, and construction specifications — ensuring every cabinet, shelf, or element is clearly understood by the builder.
Once the technical drawings are approved, we prepare the construction or build quotation, where clients can review and adjust the costs to fit their budget before proceeding.

Styling
& Accessorize
After the build is complete, we move on to the exciting part — styling and decorating. We arrange all the décor items according to the design plan. The client can provide a list of preferred decorations, and we assist in sourcing them beforehand.
Finally, we ensure everything is clean, properly installed, and that all finishes and lighting are perfectly done — completing the project to the highest standard.
